This error can occur for two reasons - 1) the files weren't loaded, or 2) the program can't find them.

First check to make sure that Windows knows the default directory. Highlight the icon for DownHole SAT, and click on FILE and PROPERTIES. The working directory should be C:\DHSAT (if you installed to drive C:), D:\DHSAT (for drive D: installations), etc. Type in the proper working directory. When you restart the program, everything should work fine.

IF the files are actually missing, re-install using the FULL INSTALLATION rather than the UPDATE option.
