Water analyses are reported in many different ways. For example, Calcium may be reported as mg/L Ca, or calcium as mg/L CaCO3, or as French Degrees of Hardness, as German Degrees of Hardness, or as epm. French Creek Software programs allow water analyses to be input in the units with which you work, to save time in unit conversion prior to entry into the program. This warning is displayed until you select input units. To select units, go to the PREFERENCE pulldown menu and select INPUT UNITS. Select units for each ion on the form. This will customize the analytical reporting units to your system and eliminate this warning. (NOTE: You can also access this INPUT UNITS form and change the units by pressing the CHANGE UNITS form on any of the water analysis input forms).
