Dear Sir, I am undergraduate in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, delhi India.As part of my B.Tech project I also have got the same questions.I am to design a spray pond to cool water from 104F to 86F. Is it possible to achieve that cooling in a spray pond of area 80X40 ft2. The wind velocity here is 3mph. What should be the size and capacity of the nozzles and how many nozzles are required, is it possible to get nozzles which spray at 20 gpm.
