Why would 2.5% HEDP and 100% HEDP have the same effect when applied to a certain water chemistry? We tried selecting different inhibitors for a certain water chemistry and we noticed that when we got to the point where we selected two different HEDP levels, both % levels showed the same effect on both graphs generated (all other parameters and operating ranges stayed the same). Your advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
