Often if you forget the Formulation Name, it will be left blank, and show up as an empty slot in the Product List.

The downfalls of traditional scale prediction methods is also discussed. To activate the WaterCycle demo, open the software and click COPY ID and paste it into the form in the contact or demo section of this website. French Creek will generate a RELEASE CODE and email it to you to activate the program. Remember SYSTEM ID's are generated by the installation, so the RELEASE CODE will only activate that computer. We are currently revising our update system, it will no longer include the Wise Update Program. Depending on the program(s) you are using, if you wish you can go to the C:/Water/, C:/HYDRO/, C:/DHSAT/, C:/MUNI/ and/or C:/MINESAT/ folders and delete the file(s) "WiseUpdt.exe" (right click > delete). This will eliminate future update prompts. We will be releasing the new update system in the near future.

I've checked my proxy settings and still cannot update. When I go to the Web access page, I get an error message stating that the Web page cannot be found.
