This can happen if you enter all the formula information, but not all of the description entries, including "Formulation Name". Often if you forget the Formulation Name, it will be left blank, and show up as an empty slot in the Product List.

I was creating product files with my hyd-RO-dose Formulator Edition and after I select the materials, enter actives and save, they do not show up in the "Select Product" menu! Any idea?

French Creek is pleased to report steady progress in the revamping of WatSIM™ municipal modeling software. WatSIM has always calculated lead and copper solubility. The modeling software is now under heavy development, adding accompanying corrosion models. Currently WatSIM institutes French Creek's slick saturation level calculations, a carbon steel corrosion model, and treatment models (standard acids, alkalis, and inhibitors, including orthophosphate, polyphosphates, zinc and blends).

Last week at AWWA Membrane Technology Conference in Long Beach California, French Creek presented, "Modeling Scale Formation and Optimizing Scale Inhibitor Dosages in Membrane Systems". This paper gives a thorough explanation of modern scale prediction techniques for scale prediction and antiscalant dosage optimization in reverse osmosis systems. The downfalls of traditional scale prediction methods is also discussed. View the paper in the Online Library, along with two dozen other water treatment papers and resources.

hyd-RO-dose® modeling software is used for calculations and visual aids in this paper. The software is powered by an ion association model, capable of simultaneously modeling 20+ mineral scale forming species in typical brines, stressed situations and extreme TDS.

This is the French Creek security system. To activate the WaterCycle demo, open the software and click COPY ID and paste it into the form in the contact or demo section of this website. French Creek will generate a RELEASE CODE and email it to you to activate the program.

Remember SYSTEM ID's are generated by the installation, so the RELEASE CODE will only activate that computer.

More thorough instructions are available at: http://www.frenchcreeksoftware.com/index/demo/directions.html

You can ignore the automatic update prompts, this system is no longer in use.

We are currently revising our update system, it will no longer include the Wise Update Program. Depending on the program(s) you are using, if you wish you can go to the C:/Water/, C:/HYDRO/, C:/DHSAT/, C:/MUNI/ and/or C:/MINESAT/ folders and delete the file(s) "WiseUpdt.exe" (right click > delete). This will eliminate future update prompts.

We will be releasing the new update system in the near future.

I've received notices to update my Version 7 software but am unable to do so. I've checked my proxy settings and still cannot update. When I go to the Web access page, I get an error message stating that the Web page cannot be found. Is there another way to obtain the version updates?
