New hyd-RO-dose available™.
New capabilities and reports
New versions of hyd-RO-dose include
new CO
2 exchange options, our new
consolidated one page printout, and
the fool proof French Creek Wizard.
hyd-RO-dose Version 6.00N
Since 1996,
hyd-RO-dose™
has been helping professional water
treatment personnel around the world
optimize and treat reverse osmosis
systems. hyd-RO-dose helps
water treatment personnel evaluate
RO systems over a broad range of
recovery, pH control and treatment
options.
French Creek is pleased to announce the latest version:
6.00N
hyd-RO-dose Version 6.00N adds a number of key features to
the already renowned product line, further making it the
most complete RO modeling software available.
Expanded CO2 Exchange options
While comparing hyd-RO-dose's
results with other RO modeling
programs, French Creek noticed
stunningly different results between
each software's outputs.
Differences could be accounted for
by the method used for CO
2
exchange (vented or totally
closed). Depending on the
method each program used, results
varied significantly.
hyd-RO-dose Version 6.00N overcomes this inconsistency
by adding a key set of system parameters options:
- Totally Closed (Conserve CO2 - Total
Carbon) or
- Vented (Conserve Alkalinity)
This new set of parameters adapts the software to your
exact system.
Consolidated one page report
All French Creek programs provide massive amounts of
information. Sometimes more is better, but when
looking for the abridged version, you can now select
Display One Page Report from your WHAT IF menu.
The one page report provides the information you need
with little excess. In one click, view and print
water chemistry, system specifications, scale potential
& control, and system identification. Click the
images below for PDF examples.

The new French Creek Wizard
Becoming familiar and confident with any new or foreign
software takes time. To eliminate any learning
curve time, hyd-RO-dose now comes complete with the
French Creek Wizard.
The French Creek Wizard is a fool
proof way of taking even the most novice user through a
full system evaluation and treatment selection.
After completing each step, the Wizard automatically
takes you to the next set of forms, rather than using
the top menu. Click the image below to tour the new
Wizard.

Treatment Limits Summary
French Creek users have always been able to easily
create color coded 2D and 3D graphs to view a system's
safe operating range or a treatment's failure points.
Now, easily find the limiting factor among affected
scaling species using the Treatment Limits Summary.
Each limits summary displays the scales associated with
each inhibitor, and whether they are below or above each
limit for the current treatment.

Limits Summary in practice.
