French Creek Software Programs

Y2K Compliance

This certifies that the French Creek Software Program Series WaterCycle^(R), DownHole SAT^tm, hyd-RO-sat^tm, and WatSim^tm, are Year 2000 Compliant.

Dates are used by the programs for reference and display only in printouts and reports.  Dates stored include Sample Date and Report Date.

Dates are stored in program files as unsigned long "C" integers, in the format

10000L * (YEAR - 1900) + 100L * MONTH + DAY
The Date 31 December 1999 would be stored as 991231
The Date 01 January 2000 would be stored as 1000101

Additionally, dates can be displayed and input in the user selected formats:

Month/Day/Year  (MM/DD/YYYY)
Day/Month/Year  (DD/MM/YYYY)
Year/Month/Day  (YYYY/MM/DD)

The software and security systems have been tested for Y2K compliance.
